Our policy is to make transactions as smooth as humanly possible. We encourage everyone who bids on our items to ask as many questions as necessary about the item before bidding. This way everyone wins in the end. All winning bids are a legal binding contract under the rules and regulations of this site. All sales are final and payment is due upon the ending of each auction. A grace period of 3 days will be given at the end of each auction to allow winning bidders to do one of the following:
We are always glad to welcome full and propt payment, if you can, please do so.
In most cases (if not all) we are more than happy to help make payment arrangements. If payment and/or arrangements are not made, the buyer's reputation will be on our negative side and possibly be refused the right to bid on any of our auctions in the future.
Shipping is usually processed 3 to 5 business days after full payment has been recieved and verified by the seller. From time to time this seller offers special shipping rates on select items.
First Class Mail by the USPS and Flat Rate Priority Shipping is available with us. Depending on the volume of items to be shipped and weight limits of packaging, items may be shipped in seperate packages and / or by another carrier. *~If the rates and quality are better we may ship with a carrier other than the USPS.~*
We will strive to give the utmost honest description available for the items we list. If you find a problem or error in one of our listings please feel free to let us know. (We appreciate all the help we can get!)

AUCTION SALES:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and items are sold AS-IS. NO RETURNS, NO MONEY BACK, NO BUYER’S REMORSE. Buyers need to do their own research before bidding, to read our auction items description and ask us as many questions as needed and/or ask for additional photos before bidding. We will respond most often within 24 hours, if not sooner. Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise is USED. We do wipe items down but do not detail-clean. We are NOT professionals and we research to the best of our ability but cannot know everything about every item. Our objective is to find a new home for items we no longer use or need.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
We do combine shipments if we are notified prior to auctions ends that you have purchased multiple items before we have packaged each item separately. Any multiple items purchased, will be shipped in separate boxes if we feel it is best for the safety of your shipment and purchases.
COMPLAINTS:
If you have ANY problem, please follow the Bidjunk Protocol and contact us to try and RESOLVE the issue BEFORE leaving any Negative Feedback. We are honest Bidjunk Merchants and do our level best to treat everyone fairly. We want happy customers and will gladly work with you to resolve any genuine problems, but we can only do so IF you contact us FIRST.
ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS:
All electrical items need to be taken to qualified electricians or your local lamp shop prior to plugging into your home’s electrical system for additional safety, as we will not be responsible for the shorting out of electrical circuits.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is optional. If you do not request insurance we will not be held responsible for any package(s) once it has been brought by us to a carrier, shipper or shipping company as we have no control if they do or do not do their job correctly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
~*UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP ANYTHING OTHER THAN EBOOKS & OTHER DIGITAL MEDIA OUTSIDE MAINLAND U.S.A. AT THIS TIME*~
If we do not have the price calculated, a complete mailing address and postal code MUST be provided on international shipments in order for us to provide a shipping rate. Surge Awe Graphics will not be responsible for any customs duty, brokerage fees, etc., applied to the packages and or purchases shipped through, for or from any country. If any country does not offer insurance or you do not opt for insurance we are not responsible for any lost or damaged package once we deliver it to the carrier. We have no control what the carrier may do and if something is lost of damaged and you had insurance we will do all that is needed to file the claim and get your money back. Remember, insurance only covers your purchase price and not your
shipping fees. We cannot be responsible for lost shipping fees on any lost, damaged or unwanted item. We do not put in lower prices when filling out Customs Forms, as this is fraudulent.
OVERSIZED ITEMS:
Oversized items will be knocked-down in whole or in part to facilitate reasonable sized shipping cartons unless otherwise
instructed by the winning bidder. Multiple purchases will be shipped in separate boxes if we feel it is best for the safety
of your purchases.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be received within One (1) to seven (7) days through Paypal.
SHIPPING FEES:
For shipping fees on an item you are interested in bidding on that we do not have already calculated in the active auction, you MUST email Surge Awe Graphics for shipping quotes BEFORE BIDDING as we CANNOT afford to ship for free as it cost money for PACKAGING MATERIALS, BOXES, along with the time to package your items. We are very fair and make sure your items are packaged safely and securely. FRAGILE items and LARGER items obviously need more packaging materials and we take PRIDE in having the ITEM (S) we package to arrive safely not broken in order to give cheap shipping
rates. We take extreme care & time to package. We will choose which Carrier is best suited for your shipment as WE CHECK PRICES WITH ALL CARRIERS to get the best rate for our auction items. This also takes time but we are glad to go that EXTRA MILE for our winning bidders. Our objective is to have you come back for more great deals and unique items and
to make it a wonderful experience. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING FEES FOR ANY REASON, if this is a concern you may have CONTACT BEFORE BIDDING for SHIPPING RATES or any other question or concerns.

YOUR SHIPPING COMPANY:
Pick-ups and packaging by a company you specify is an option, but it will be your responsibility to make all the arrangements with us WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE AUCTION'S END. This option may increase the shipping rate. *Example: UPS Store, Federal Express, DHL, etc...
